Unless otherwise titled (eg Jazz, Contemporary etc.), classes are hip hop inspired popular dance that includes styles influenced by genres such as hip hop, house, R&B, jazz-funk, waacking, lyrical, and more.

Term Dates
Below are the term dates for 2024- days on the weekly calendar (RIGHT OF SCREEN) will not necessarily reflect this (Google Calendar shows all dates, including school holiday dates, when we do not have classes)
Term 1: Saturday 10th February –Saturday 13th April (closed Easter)
Term 2 – Monday 29th April – Saturday 6th July
Term 3 – Monday 22nd July – Saturday 28th September
Term 4 – Monday 14th October – Sunday 15th December (End of Year Show Day tbc)
Exam Fees
Urban Ignition (UI) exam fees due end of Term 1.
RBM exam fees due start of Term 2.
NZAMD exam fees due start of Term 3.
Costs to be advised by emailed notice.
Auditions
RASA DANCE COMPANY and COMPETITION CREW auditions will be held on Friday February 9th. The cost to audition is $15 cash on the day.

Enrolment Information
To secure your enrolment: FEE PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE OR THE ENROLMENT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE COMPLETED. This applies to all new and returning students.
Returning Students: Please do not enrol in the class you were in last year. You will be moving up to the next level and your class time may have changed. Please refer to the timetable and class descriptions provided above but if you are unsure, email us before you enroll. All returning students must re-enrol at the start of a new year.
Extension Classes: These half hour classes of NZAMD, RBM and UDO are for those dedicated students who want to push themselves by sitting exams in different styles. Must be taken in conjunction with an Urban Ignition class and have prior approval from the Principal.
Re-enrolments: Enrolments will roll over to the following term unless Rasa is notified of a student’s intent to discontinue the following term. Should a student discontinue, their place in the class will be given to the next person on the waiting list and may not be available should the student decide to reenrol at a later date. All returning students must re-enrol at the start of a new year.
